Ernie Shrader is currently a Project Manager for work performed in Northern New Mexico. He has worked in this capacity for over eight years. Mr. Shrader has 25 years’ experience working in electrical construction, maintenance, communications and control wiring installation applications. His spectrum of experience includes commercial, industrial and residential work in the private industry and government installations, including DOD and DOE. He has an extensive amount of experience supervising with responsibilities, including project oversight / management, scheduling, material management, quality assurance and safety management. His primary roles and responsibilities include oversight in all aspects of project management from project initiation to closeout. Mr. Shrader has developed project plans that includes; detailed work breakdown structures, cost and schedule risk mitigation, application of both standard and non-standard requirements, oversight that included inspections, surveillance and audits, and management of subcontractors.

Ms. Barajas has over 15 years of experience in the construction industry both in the field and in the office. She communicates with internal/external related parties to deliver all scope requirements, additionally supporting operations by maintaining budgets, records and completing special projects.
