RG Construction Services LLC. (RGCS) is a Small Disadvantaged Business
(SDB), Veteran-Owned Small Business (VOSB), and Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) founded in 2004. We are a fully qualified general contractor, providing general, electrical and mechanical construction services. RGCS is dedicated to quality and project performance for new construction, renovation and restoration projects. RGCS focuses on generation contracts with the Department of Energy and other federal agencies.
RGCS provides general contracting services, which emphasize construction, operation, maintenance and repair services. We have competencies in mechanical systems, HVAC systems, and core competencies in electrical, voice and data communications. RGCS has strong capabilities in project management and construction consulting.
RGCS is constantly improving our ability to provide superior construction capability to the federal sector. For example RGCS has impressed Las Alamos National Labs (LANL) so much RGCS was chosen as the only 2014-2018 member of the mentor-protégé program. RGCS’s working relationship and partnership promotes economic and technological growth, fostering and promoting long-term business relationships with DOE and DOD complexes first and embraces other federal facilities.
RGCS currently provides the traditional constructions services. We do so to a non-conventional customer base whom respects and values deep organizational competencies and capabilities. We provide these services both with new construction and retrofit projects. Initially we focused more on new construction. However, as the Federal marketplace has changed so have we. RGCS now provide a great value to retrofit construction and maintenance work as well. RGCS’s capabilities include site superintendents, general foremen and highly skilled craft workers.

RGCS’s seasoned management and regional expertise meets new construction and refurnished building needs of any size. RGCSs resources included strategic partners that are used to complete successful projects.
Electrical Contracting
RGCSs membership to the local Union 611 allows for an increase in service professionals necessary to tackle any sized job. RGCS delivers quality workmanship and value to our customers. We are experts at this subcontracting field.
Mechanical Contracting
RGCS has just recently started providing mechanical maintenance services. RGCS employs licensed HVAC service technicians, provides HVAC equipment maintenance and repair work. RGCSs membership to the local Union 412 allows for an increase in service professionals necessary to tackle the work load they are presented with. We focus our efforts primarily at Sandia National Laboratories in Albuquerque, New Mexi
